Frida Vennerød has written about how our relation to different foods change along the way, and that how we are taught about food will affect different stages in life. She talks about parenting styles, how our tastebuds actually work, and that you hate tomatoes as a child can be because you actually have a really good palate.

When doing the sketches I thought about how kids sometimes are sceptical to new things, and drew a test with a few misbehaved and sour looking veggies.
